My stay was incredible, the dinner buffet was absolutely amazing and the room was very clean, giving me the comfort I needed after a long day of exploring nearby parks like leisure valley and shopping at gold souk, which were both just a short walk away. the hotel does have a great atmosphere, but i felt the staff at reception could be more welcoming during check-in.

The bed felt so comfortable that I slept like a baby. I loved the little touches, like the complimentary birthday cake waiting for us in the room. Breakfast was a highlight with an extensive spread offering something for everyone, especially the pancakes and waffles. However, the noise from other guests at night disrupted my sleep. The staff at reception seemed a bit unfriendly and rude at times. I asked for hangers and some simple room service items, but they never arrived. The strict no-photo policy during breakfast felt unnecessary. Such inconsistency in service really affected an otherwise lovely stay.

Just wrapped up 2 nights here and wow, the staff made every morning feel special with warm greetings. The breakfast buffet was awesome and had tons of options. My room was super clean and cozy, with a nice view. Just a bummer that a wedding party was loud late at night, which messed up my sleep.
